Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive social media strategies, set KPIs, and create content calendars.
• Content Management: Create, curate, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, stories) tailored for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc..
• Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and foster discussions in comments, DMs, and mentions; build relationships with followers.
• Campaigns & Growth: Plan and run campaigns (contests, promotions) to boost awareness, followers, and traffic.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize future efforts.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and support business objectives.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on new platforms, tools, best practices, and competitor activities.
• Influencer Relations: Build and manage relationships with influencers to expand reach.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management.
• Deep understanding of major platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
• Strong writing, visual, and communication skills.
• Creativity, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Alignment with marketing principles and ability to link social to business outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
