Sales & Marketing Executive

Key responsibilities

• Strategy and planning: Develop and implement both sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals, and conduct market research to identify opportunities and analyze competitors.
• Marketing activities: Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, develop marketing materials, and use digital marketing tactics like SEO/SEM and social media.
• Sales activities: Identify and target potential clients, generate leads, conduct sales presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Client and relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, handle customer service and feedback, and manage client databases.
• Performance and analysis: Monitor sales and marketing performance, track key metrics, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to management.
• Budget management: Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams, such as product development, to ensure brand consistency and achieve cohesive messaging.

Essential qualifications and skills

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is often required.
• Experience: Proven experience in a sales or marketing role.
• Technical skills: Proficiency with CRM software, marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office.
• Soft skills: Strong analytical, project management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial.
• Other attributes: The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a results-driven mindset and the capacity to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
