Sales & Marketing Executive

Position: Management Trainee.

About job role:

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated trainee to join our organization efforts into establishing opportunities in Marketing & Sales role. The candidate will be responsible for client engagement & interactions, building relations with C-Suites, generating leads etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities.

2. Generate leads using innovative and creative approaches across both online and offline channels.

3. Engage with C-Suites executives to build and nurture strong professional relationships.

4. Analyse data to create insightful reports & presentations to support business decisions.

5. Collaborate with internal team to drive empanelment, sales initiatives and branding strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Education - The candidate must have completed the following:

· Bachelor's degree in any specialization.

· Preferred specialization Marketing & Sales.

2. Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (speaking, writing, and reading).

3. Skills: Strong documentation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

4. Strong research and analytical skills.

5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

1. 6 months management trainee: Up-to 20,000 per month.
