As our Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you’ll be the voice and vibe of our brand online. You’ll craft scroll-stopping content, build hype around drops, and grow a loyal community of streetwear enthusiasts. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute platform-specific strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and more Create original content: reels, product shots, behind-the-scenes, memes, and campaign visuals Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting around drops, events, and collaborations Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community through DMs and stories Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to align messaging and aesthetics Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights Stay ahead of streetwear trends, pop culture, and platform updates Content Creation Skills Strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools Experience with short-form video editing and trending audio Ability to shoot and edit content independently (mobile or DSLR) Requirements 2+ years of experience in social media and content creation, preferably in fashion or lifestyle Portfolio or social handles showcasing past work Deep understanding of streetwear culture, aesthetics, and audience Strong communication and time management skills Creative mindset with a pulse on what’s trending Bonus Skills Experience with influencer marketing or UGC campaigns Familiarity with paid ads and Meta Business Suite Event coverage and live content creation What We Offer A creative, fast-paced work environment Access to exclusive drops and brand perks Opportunities to shape the brand’s voice and visual identity Flexible work setup and growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,868.79 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Work Location: In person
