Financial/Management Accountant

Role Overview

You’ll be the financial backbone of our multi-brand ecosystem—managing accounts, ensuring compliance, optimizing cash flow, and enabling growth. This role demands precision, ownership, and the ability to juggle multiple entities with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations across all four brands
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements
• Handle GST filings, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances
• Manage vendor payments, payroll processing, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly P&L reports, cash flow statements, and budget forecasts
• Coordinate with external auditors, CA firms, and tax consultants
• Implement financial controls and process improvements
• Support leadership with financial insights for strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in retail, fashion, or D2C brands
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software
• Strong understanding of Indian taxation and compliance frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple entities and reporting structures
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Bonus Skills

• Experience with inventory accounting and POS integrations
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways
• Exposure to startup or high-growth environments

Pay: ₹13,006.17 - ₹60,000.00 per month
