Marketing Assistant

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic, street-smart fresher (with at least 6 months of relevant experience) who’s ready to hustle across marketing, PR, and business development. You’ll be the voice of HZY across platforms, help us grow our tribe, and build meaningful brand collaborations.

What You’ll Do:
Marketing & PR

• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Coordinate with influencers, stylists, and media for brand features and collaborations
• Support content creation, photoshoots, and event activations
• Monitor trends, memes, and pop culture to keep HZY relevant and fresh

Business Development

• Identify and reach out to potential retail partners, collaborators, and stockists
• Assist in managing B2B communications and follow-ups
• Support in organizing pop-ups, exhibitions, and brand partnerships
• Maintain CRM and help build a strong partner network

What We’re Looking For:

• 6 months+ experience in marketing, PR, or business development (internships count!)
• Passion for streetwear, fashion, and youth culture
• Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
• Self-starter with a creative mindset and go-getter attitude
• Familiarity with social media trends, influencer culture, and brand storytelling

Bonus Points If You:

• Have worked with a fashion/lifestyle brand
• Know your way around Canva, Google Sheets, or basic design tools
• Can write a killer caption or pitch an idea in 30 seconds

Pay: ₹20,197.71 - ₹30,095.65 per month
