Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective ways to attract candidates.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Finding potential candidates through job sites, social media, referrals; reviewing applications/resumes to filter for suitability.
  • Interviewing: Conducting initial interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit, and arranging further interviews with hiring teams.
  • Candidate Management: Communicating with candidates, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Offer & Onboarding: Administering job offers, negotiating salaries, conducting background checks, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employer Branding: Building a strong reputation for the company as a great place to work to attract top talent.
  • Data Management: Maintaining accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and tracking recruitment metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
