About the Role

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for BPO and non-BPO roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and databases.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Maintain candidate pipelines for bulk & regular hiring.
Work on daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS.
Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure an excellent hiring experience.

Required Skills

Minimum
6 months of experience
in recruitment (staffing or consultancy preferred).
Knowledge of
BPO hiring
, mass/bulk hiring is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing abilities on Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social platforms.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic MS Excel for reporting.

Education

Minimum:
Graduate
MBA HR is a plus but not mandatory.
