Job Title: HR Recruiter – Recruitment Consultancy

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in recruitment consultancy services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end external recruitment process for client requirements across various domains. This role demands strong sourcing skills, candidate handling abilities, and client coordination experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities (External Recruitment Services)

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for client requirements
• Understand client hiring needs, job descriptions, and timelines
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and networking
• Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates as per client requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain continuous follow-ups with candidates and clients until closure
• Ensure timely closures and maintain recruitment turnaround time (TAT)
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and daily/weekly recruitment reports
• Ensure high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and candidate experience

Key Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in recruitment consultancy / external hiring
• Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and client handling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic recruitment reporting
