Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Experience: 1 to 2 Years Location: Coimbatore (Work from Office) Job Description We are looking for a Digital marketing Executive responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our IT services and solutions. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring qualified leads. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Manage the company’s online presence across multiple platforms (website, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging digital content (blogs, case studies, social posts, videos). Optimize the website and landing pages for lead generation and improved UX. Analyze digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. Run paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new digital growth opportunities. Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT or Web application domain. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. Experience with SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media. Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., Google ads,HubSpot, Facebook,Blueprint) and CRM systems. Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar). Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and WordPress is a plus. Excellent communication and requires gathering and understanding skills.
