This role is ideal for someone who understands both performance marketing and creative brand communication , and knows how to convert digital traffic into real business inquiries. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Run paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads , and other relevant platforms. Generate high-quality, cost-effective leads that match our interior design target audience. Monitor CPL, lead quality, and continuously optimize campaigns for better results. 2. Social Media Advertising & Management Plan monthly digital ad calendars aligned with brand and project launches. Create, manage, and optimize social media ad sets, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and re targeting campaigns. Work with the social media team to ensure cohesive campaigns across organic + paid content. 3. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager . Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports with insights and improvement suggestions. Monitor website traffic, audience behavior, conversions, and landing page performance. 4. Content & Creative Coordination Coordinate with design and content teams to create ad creatives, copy, captions, and landing pages. Ensure all digital content reflects Copper Trunk’s aesthetic and brand values. Research trends, competitor ads, and industry benchmarks. 5. Website & SEO Support Perform basic SEO tasks (keyword research, meta tags, content optimization). Collaborate with the website team for landing page creation and optimization. Ensure website and project pages are updated to support lead conversion. 6. Brand Growth & Community Engagement Support campaigns for events, project launches, workshops, studio experiences, etc. Respond to enquiries through social media, WhatsApp Business, and website forms. Improve overall brand visibility, engagement, and audience relevance.
