Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Real Estate – Gurgaon)


About the Role


We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to manage our real estate website, drive online visibility, generate quality leads, and strengthen RichInfra’s digital presence across Gurgaon. The ideal candidate must be creative, analytical, and well-versed with the latest digital marketing tools and trends.

🔑 Key Roles & Responsibilities


1. Website Management


Manage and update the real estate listing website with new projects, images, pricing, and content.


Ensure SEO-friendly content structure for maximum search visibility.


Track website performance (traffic, leads, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar, etc.


Coordinate with developers for bug fixes, UI/UX improvements, and new feature additions.



2. Social Media Management


Create, plan, and post daily content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter).


Develop engaging reels, stories, creatives, and property-focused content.


Maintain brand consistency and ensure high engagement on all platforms.


Respond to comments/messages and manage social media inquiries.



3. Content Creation & Marketing


Write compelling content for website listings, blogs, newsletters, and creatives.


Create marketing copies for ads, landing pages, and social media campaigns.


Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce premium content.



4. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing


Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.


Execute lead generation campaigns for residential & commercial properties in Gurgaon.


Monitor daily ad performance, reduce CPL (cost per lead), and improve ROI.


Retarget previous audiences to improve lead quality.



5. SEO & Online Visibility


Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO.


Build high-quality backlinks and improve rankings for key real estate search terms.


Optimize property pages for higher Google ranking.



6. Marketing Analytics & Reporting


Track KPIs weekly (CTR, CPC, CPL, website traffic, engagement).


Prepare performance reports and suggest improvement strategies.


Use data insights to refine campaigns and content strategy.



7. CRM & Lead Handling Support


Update leads in CRM platforms like NoBroker CRM, Sell.Do, RealtyRedefined, or HubSpot.


Track lead quality and follow-up performance with the sales team.


Reduce drop-offs and improve lead nurturing through email/SMS campaigns.

Ideal Candidate Profile


2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred).


Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools, and marketing automation.


Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.


Understanding of Gurgaon real estate market is a big advantage.


Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
