Job Description

Position: Team Leader - Sales

Job Overview:

Lead a team of real estate sales executives and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
Utilize your industry experience to train, guide, and mentor team members.
Drive site visits, client meetings, and deal closures.
Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and report sales activities to management.
Create and implement sales strategies to improve conversions and revenue.
Handle walk-ins, incoming leads, and broker interactions effectively.
Maintain strong relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business.
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and customer

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in Real Estate Sales (residential/commercial).
Proven track record of leading a team or handling sales independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Deep understanding of the local real estate market.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage performance-driven teams.
