Educational Qualification & Work Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a target-driven sales environment.

- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value deals.

- Expertise in communication, client presentations, and influencing decision-makers.

- Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates with relevant experience in real estate or related industries will be prioritized.
