Key Responsibilities

1. Content Planning & Calendar Control

• Create and manage

  weekly & monthly content calendars

• Ensure

  consistent posting schedules

  across platforms
• Plan content in advance with

  clear themes and objectives

2. Short-Form Video (Reels / Shorts) – Hands On

• Create and manage

  Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts

• Understand

  hooks, retention, and format performance

• Handle

  basic video editing

  (CapCut / InShot / VN or similar)

3. Platform Understanding (Not Just Posting)

• Strong understanding of:

• Instagram

  (Reels, reach, engagement)

• LinkedIn

  (professional & authority-based content)

• YouTube

  (Shorts & basic long-form fundamentals)
• Ability to adapt content tone per platform

4. Caption Writing & CTA

• Write

  clear, concise, and purpose-driven captions

• Use effective

  CTAs

  (DM, Enquire, Contact, Website)
• Align captions with

  brand tone and objectives

5. Basic Analytics & Improvement

• Track basic metrics: reach, engagement, saves, watch time
• Identify

  what content works and what doesn’t

• Improve future content based on performance insights

6. Process & Discipline

• Follow

  fixed content structures and SOPs

• Maintain posting discipline without daily supervision
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution

7. Brand Sense & Positioning (Very Important)

• Understand

  brand positioning and audience intent

• Follow and maintain

  brand guidelines

• Ensure consistency in

  visuals, tone, messaging, and authority

• Ability to differentiate between

  B2B and B2C brands

Required Skills & Tools

• Experience managing

  brand social media pages

• Hands-on with

  short-form video tools

• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.)
