Identify growth opportunities through market research and networking. Coordinate with top management on strategic decisions. Bid Process Management: Proactively search for relevant IT tenders – government, PSU, and private. Analyze eligibility, prepare documentation, and participate in the bidding process. Handle end-to-end bidding: from documentation to submission and follow-up. Negotiate intelligently to secure favorable terms and project wins. Stakeholder Management: Conduct discussions with leadership and clients. Represent our organization with confidence and professionalism. ✅ What We’re Looking For:Female candidate with minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in BD + Bidding. Deep understanding of IT industry trends, tender processes, and opportunity evaluation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
