Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and executive support to senior leadership
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel (domestic & international)
Prepare presentations, reports, minutes of meetings, and business correspondence
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Track follow-ups and ensure timely closure of tasks
Assist in planning reviews, events, and leadership meetings
Maintain documentation, filing systems, and office records
Handle day-to-day operational and administrative requirements for the leadership team

Key Skills & Requirements

4-10 years of experience as an EA, PA, or Executive Coordinator
Experience in supporting senior management or CXO-level executives
Excellent spoken & written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work in a structured and fast-moving environment
