Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. HR Manager to lead our HR department in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and a passion for developing effective HR strategies that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
Oversee performance management processes to foster employee growth and development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Facilitate training and development initiatives for employees.
Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
5-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a large organization.
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations in India.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in performance management and employee engagement strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
