The Senior HR Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the organization's recruitment strategy to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This role involves managing a team of recruiters, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process that aligns with the company's goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with organizational objectives and workforce planning needs.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of positions.
• Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand through effective messaging, participation in job fairs, and leveraging social media platforms.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity in hiring practices and ensure an inclusive recruitment process.
• Process Optimization: Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, and provide regular recruitment reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing recruitment for diverse industries or global organizations.
• Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques and social media recruiting.
• Ability to drive change and implement innovative recruitment solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
