Human Resource Executive / HR GeneralistJob Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Human Resource Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle both administrative and people-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate induction & orientation for new employees.
  • Manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and support a positive work environment.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and performance tracking.
  • Implement training & development activities.
  • Monitor workplace discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company rules.
  • Assist in HR operations, FNF processing, and exit formalities.
  • Support management in HR strategy, reporting, and HRMS updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws & HR compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office, email drafting, and HR tools.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.

Preferred Qualities

  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Time-management and people-management abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
