Key Responsibilities: Outbound and Inbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads and close sales. Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services. Sales Pitch and Product Knowledge: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the customer's needs. Stay updated on product offerings, features, pricing, and promotions. Address customer questions and concerns to build trust and credibility. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Collect feedback and provide after-sales support when necessary. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in CRM systems. Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. Market Intelligence: Gather insights about customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role. Strong communication and persuasion skills. A pleasant and confident telephone voice. Multitasking and time-management abilities.
