Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
• Oversee accounting, audits, compliance, taxation and regulatory filings
• Develop financial strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans
• Present financial insights to top management for decision-making
• Implement and strengthen financial controls, systems, and processes
• Manage banking operations, investor relations (if required), and external stakeholders
• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team
• Support business expansion and cost-optimisation initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CA / CMA / CPA / CFA highly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in senior financial roles
• Strong expertise in:

✓ Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
✓ Budgeting & Forecasting✓ Corporate Finance & Cash Flow Management✓ Compliance, GST, TDS, and Audit✓ Financial Modelling & MIS Reporting

• Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software & Excel
• Excellent communication, leadership and ethical decision-making

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in e-commerce / retail / service industry
• Experience in fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, or investor relations
• Ability to build scalable financial systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹41,625.28 - ₹147,819.78 per month
