Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the IPO readiness and execution process, coordinating with Merchant Bankers, SEBI, Auditors, Legal Advisors, and ROC.
• Prepare and review DRHP/RHP, restated financials, and ensure compliance with SEBI LODR.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy.
• Ensure accurate financial statements as per Ind AS and oversee statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance systems.
• Handle treasury, working capital, banking limits, and cash-flow management.
• Build and lead Finance, Accounts, Compliance, and MIS teams.
• Present financial MIS, KPIs, and performance reports to CEO/Board.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and all statutory regulations.

Required Experience

• 12–20 years overall finance experience.
• Minimum 5–7 years in a senior finance leadership role (Head of Finance/GM Finance/CFO).
• Experience in IPO/Capital Markets is highly preferred.
• Strong exposure to Ind AS reporting, audits, budgeting, MIS, and banking.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
