Job Description: The Air Traffic Controller will be responsible for managing and directing aircraft movements safely and efficiently within the airspace and on the ground at the training facility. The ideal candidate must possess strong operational knowledge and excellent decision-making skills to maintain aviation safety. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage aircraft movements during takeoff, landing, and taxiing to ensure safety. Communicate clearly and effectively with pilots, ground personnel, and other controllers. Provide timely updates on weather, runway status, and any operational changes. Coordinate with other air traffic control units and airport authorities for smooth traffic flow. Use radar, radio, and other tools to track and guide aircraft. Handle emergency situations promptly to ensure safety. Maintain detailed records of operations and incidents. Adhere strictly to aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Requirements: A minimum of 4 to 5 years of prior experience as an Air Traffic Controller is mandatory. Only candidates meeting this requirement should apply. Valid Air Traffic Controller license or certification. Comprehensive understanding of aviation rules and air traffic control procedures. Strong communication and multitasking skills.
