Incharge – Vision Special School

Vision Special School is a day care centre for children with disabilities including Autism, cerebral palsy, hearing impairment, visual impairment, intellectual disability among others.

We provide IEP based education, provide Physiotherapy, speech therapy, psychological intervention, SOB for sports, vocational training among others. We are affiliated to NIOS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to the school.
• Oversee daily school operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
• Liaise with parents regularly to provide updates on student progress.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation as per school policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education / Education / Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in special education, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of different learning needs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and patient approach towards children with special needs.
• RCI CRR Registration

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
