To support our expanding operations, we are hiring a dedicated and experienced Accounts professional for our Head Office in Dwarka.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive / Accounts Manager with 5–10 years of experience, who is proficient in BUSY accounting software and has hands-on experience with Import-Export Documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting using BUSY accounting software (Mandatory).
• Prepare and review financial statements, GST returns, TDS filings, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accounts receivable and payable, reconcile vendor and customer ledgers.
• Handle complete import-export documentation:
• Invoice, Packing List, Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit (LC), etc.
• Coordinate with custom agents, freight forwarders, DGFT offices, and banks for international transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and assist with internal and statutory audits.
• Collaborate with internal departments (admin, purchase, training ops) for financial coordination.
• Prepare MIS reports and assist in budgeting and cost control.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• Experience: 8–10 years in accounting and finance.
• Mandatory Skills:
• Proficiency in BUSY Accounting Software
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audit processes
• Practical exposure to Import-Export Documentation
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and general computer literacy
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Candidates based in or near Dwarka, New Delhi, will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
