Executive Assistant to CEO

Role Overview:

We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO who can operate at a strategic and operational level. This person will be the CEO’s right hand—handling day-to-day priorities, managing high-level coordination, and driving execution on critical tasks. The ideal candidate must be Delhi-based and capable of operating independently with a high level of professionalism and maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end executive support to the CEO
• Coordinate internal and external communications, meetings, and follow-ups
• Manage CEO’s calendar, travel, and confidential tasks
• Prepare professional reports, presentations, and data analysis
• Track business priorities and ensure deadlines are met
• Liaise with departments, external stakeholders, and government bodies
• Represent the CEO in internal meetings when required
• Ensure smooth coordination across operational and training activities

Candidate Requirements:

✅ Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication (English & Hindi)✅ Strong knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and professional tools✅ Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-driven✅ Must be based in Delhi (or ready to relocate immediately)✅ Discreet, professional, and capable of handling confidential matters

❗ Only candidates with 3–6 years of experience specifically as an Executive Assistant should apply
❗ Candidates must be comfortable with the salary range Rs.50,000 – Rs.60,000 per month
