We create beautiful candles and home fragrances, and we need someone passionate about scent to help us innovate. This role focuses on developing new fragrances for our brand by working closely with our fragrance suppliers. You'll be responsible for bringing unique scents to life and ensuring they perform perfectly in our candles, reed diffusers, incense sticks, and other home fragrance products. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with fragrance suppliers to develop new and exciting scents. Conduct rigorous testing of fragrances in our various product bases (e.g., waxes, diffuser oils) for stability and performance. Evaluate fragrance throw and overall scent quality in finished products. Maintain detailed records of fragrance development and test results. Stay updated on industry trends and ensure regulatory compliance. We're Looking For: Proven experience in fragrance development or application , ideally within home fragrance.
