Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on recruitment processes. Conduct new joiner orientation sessions and ensure smooth transition of employees into the organization. Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform administrative tasks such as document verification. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in HR generalist activities or corporate HR roles. Strong understanding of HR operations, administration, coordination, and recruitment operations. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
