Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on recruitment processes.
  • Conduct new joiner orientation sessions and ensure smooth transition of employees into the organization.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform administrative tasks such as document verification.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR generalist activities or corporate HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, administration, coordination, and recruitment operations.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
