Human Resource Generalist

Role Overview

looking for a dynamic and proactive Executive HR Employee Engagement who will take

complete ownership of designing, planning, and executing the monthly, quarterly, and

annual employee engagement calendar at Alice Blue. The ideal candidate should be

passionate about people initiatives, creative in engagement planning, and capable of

independently driving programs across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

Employee Engagement (Primary Responsibility)

• Own and manage the entire employee engagement calendar – Monthly, Quarterly,

and Annual.

• Ideate, plan, and execute engagement initiatives across departments and branches.

• Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement analysis to improve

participation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of all activities.

• Drive organization-wide participation and ensure timely communication of events.

• Track engagement metrics and prepare periodic reports for leadership review.

HR Operations Support

• Assist in the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle (basic understanding is

enough; training will be provided).

• Coordinate employee communication related to engagement, PMS, events, and HR

initiatives.

• Support onboarding activities to enhance new joiner engagement experience.

HR Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare monthly HR dashboards related to employee engagement, PMS,

onboarding, and attrition.

• Work on MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF conditions, MIS

preparation).

• Generate timely analytical insights for management.

Requirements

• MBA / MSW in Human Resources.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in employee engagement or HR

operations.

• Must have handled 150+ employees in previous roles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creative thinker with the ability to plan & drive people initiatives independently.
