Job Description

Role & responsibilities Utilize various job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Apna Job etc. to post job openings and manage job postings on multiple platforms simultaneously. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior positions, including sourcing profiles, screening resumes, interview coordination, and offer generation. Conduct mass mailing campaigns to attract candidates and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate flow. Negotiate salaries with selected candidates during offer negotiation phase.
