Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements.
  • Conduct telephonic interviews with potential candidates to assess their fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule face-to-face rounds and ensure smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources (B.B.A/ B.M.S) or equivalent preferred; MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and selection processes.
  • Gender Preference: Male candidate
