We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with 12 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The role involves hiring for both Indian and GCC (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait) markets. The ideal candidate should be confident in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate pipelines for multiple roles across industries.Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing & ScreeningSource candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, GulfTalent, Indeed, and internal databases.Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.Evaluate candidates experience, skills, communication, and cultural fit.Maintain pipelines for bulk and niche hiring.2. End-to-End RecruitmentUnderstand job requirements from hiring managers.
