Job Description

  • Source, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles to exceed the client's needs and expectations: IT
  • Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates
  • Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information
  • Overseeing the background and pre-employment screening process
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experiences Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards
  • Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements
  • Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stakeholders
  • Must have experience in IT hiring.
