Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Finance Hiring:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for finance and accounting roles across various levels (AP/AR, FP&A, Internal Audit, Taxation, Treasury, Controllership, etc.).
• Coordinate with candidates from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

• Client Delivery & Relationship Management:

• Partner closely with delivery managers, business leaders, and clients to understand financial role requirements and build strong talent pipelines.
• Provide regular hiring updates, share market insights, and ensure alignment with client expectations.

• Revenue Ownership:

• Understand and contribute to the recruitment

  revenue model

  , including billing, profitability, and closure-based revenue generation targets.
• Ensure timely offer rollouts and placements to meet business goals and revenue KPIs.

• High-Performance Delivery:

• Successfully operate in a fast-paced, metric-driven consulting setup with tight turnaround times and high client expectations.
• Manage multiple mandates while maintaining quality of hires and compliance standards.

• Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence:

• Keep updated with hiring trends in the Finance domain across industries.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent maps to proactively fill niche roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in finance hiring from a

  recruitment consulting or staffing firm

  .
• Hands-on experience hiring for core finance roles across domains like accounting, auditing, corporate finance, and investment banking.
• Strong understanding of finance job functions, terminologies, and compensation trends.
• Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, social platforms, databases, and market mapping.
• Working knowledge of revenue/billing models and experience in meeting placement targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Education background in

  Commerce/Finance (B.Com/MBA)

  or related field is
