Employment Type: Third Party Payroll (UpGrad) Work Location: Gurgaon Udyog Vihar Phase 2, Sector 20 Working Days: • Monday to Friday – Work from Office • All Saturdays – Work from Home Salary: Up to 29,000 (In-hand)

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end in-house recruitment for UpGrad.

Key Responsibilities

Handle internal hiring for various roles across departments, mainly sales and bulk hiring positions.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and coordination.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), references, social media, WhatsApp groups, and other channels.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure regular updates to the HR team.

Required Skills & Experience

1–3 years of experience in sales hiring / bulk hiring (mandatory).
Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with job portals and social hiring.
Preferably male candidates with good communication and coordination skills.
