Looking for experienced NON-IT Recruiter with expertise in NON-IT Hiring.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsResponsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring candidates, including reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of HR policies and procedures, including employment laws and regulationsExperience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment softwareExperience with social media and job boards for sourcing candidatesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
