Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    Manage the recruitment process for various positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing:

    Use job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening & Interviews:

    Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure recruitment goals are met.
  • Offer Management:

    Extend offers and manage the negotiation process with selected candidates.
  • Candidate Experience:

    Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including use of job boards, social media, and ATS systems.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
