Talent Acquisition Executive

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate on boarding. ( IT & Non IT)
• Candidate sourcing: Identify and attract candidates for both technical and non-technical roles in the Ed Tech space.
• Screening and interviewing: Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate and participate in interviews to assess candidates.
• Stakeholder management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
• On boarding and administration: Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and support HR operations related to new hires.
• Employer branding: Help build a strong employer brand to attract top talent in the competitive Ed Tech market.
• Reporting and analysis: Track key recruitment metrics and provide reports to management on hiring performance.

Required skills and qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and hiring teams.
• Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the Ed Tech industry, its key players, and the types of talent required is a significant advantage.
• Sales and marketing: The ability to "sell" the company and the role to potential candidates is crucial.
• Relationship building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
• HR tools: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software.( Linked In , Naukri , Shine etc..)
• Negotiation: Ability to negotiate and close offers with candidates.
• Organizational skills: Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,036.24 - ₹55,823.83 per month
