Key Accountability & Responsibilities • Find the Best School Talent: Identify and recruit high-quality educators and school professionals (teachers, academic coordinators, principals, etc.) based on the hiring needs of partner schools. • Build Strong School Partnerships: Collaborate closely with school management to understand their hiring requirements, culture, and expectations. • Create Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and database management. • Innovate Recruitment Strategies: Bring creative and effective approaches to attract top teaching and non-teaching talent across diverse school boards and regions. • Ensure Seamless Coordination: Manage end-to-end recruitment — from job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling to offer rollout and joining coordination. • Deliver an Excellent Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication, transparency, and smooth interactions for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Drive Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline recruitment processes and share insights to enhance school partnerships
