UAE -Recruitment

The Senior Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality hiring for various roles across the organization. This position requires strong knowledge of the UAE job market, compliance with labor laws, and the ability to build strategic talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Recruitment Cycle:

  Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

• Talent Sourcing:

  Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract top talent.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment insights.

• Interview Coordination:

  Schedule and conduct interviews using structured and competency-based methods.

• Candidate Experience:

  Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment journey.

• Compliance:

  Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

• Reporting:

  Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and pipeline status to HR leadership.

• Employer Branding:

  Promote the company as an employer of choice through social media and networking.

• Mentorship:

  Guide junior recruiters and share best practices.

Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience:

  58 years in recruitment, preferably in UAE; experience in sectors like construction, real estate, or technical hiring is a plus.

• Skills:

• Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws

• Languages:

  English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage.
