Role & responsibilities Post job requisitions and manage approvals (SF or trackers). Screen and shortlist candidates; manage candidate records. Schedule interviews, manage feedback, and support hiring managers. Generate and issue Offer Letters. Conduct background checks with third-party vendors. Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment dashboards. Coordinate with agencies/vendors for critical or niche roles. Preferred candidate profile GCC Experience proven track record supporting HR operations in KSA and/or UAE. Hands-on HRIS Expertise – especially SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding, Offboarding, Recruiting). Process Knowledge – onboarding, offboarding, payroll inputs, talent acquisition, data management. Cultural Fit – strong English communication and awareness of GCC workplace practices. Service Orientation – ability to handle high-volume HR operations within SLA standards.
