Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing talent, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate selection process. The individual will also collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements, create job descriptions, and strengthen the talent acquisition process to ensure onboarding of the best-suited candidates for various roles.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Skills in conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and managing the selection process effectively.
• Experience in building and maintaining employer branding to attract top talent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams and candidates.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while achieving hiring goals.
• Previous experience in recruitment within the water management, environmental, or related industries is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
