Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Navi Mumbai. The Recruiter will support the talent acquisition process by identifying, sourcing, and engaging with qualified candidates for various organizational roles. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, managing candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruitment lifecycle management
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and external partners
• Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment platforms
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of market trends and recruitment strategies is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and manage multiple priorities
• 3 + years into Talent Acquisition
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
