Senior HR Recruitment Manager – Job DescriptionPosition Overview The Senior HR Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the organization's recruitment strategy to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This role involves managing a team of recruiters, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process that aligns with the company's goals and culture. Real estate experience is plus for this job role Key Responsibilities Strategic Recruitment Planning : Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with organizational objectives and workforce planning needs. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Full-Cycle Recruitment Management : Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of positions. Employer Branding : Enhance the company's employer brand through effective messaging, participation in job fairs, and leveraging social media platforms. Diversity and Inclusion : Promote diversity in hiring practices and ensure an inclusive recruitment process. Process Optimization : Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Compliance and Reporting : Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, and provide regular recruitment reports to senior management. Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus. Experience : Minimum of 5-7 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Skills : Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software. Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations. Preferred Qualifications Experience in managing recruitment for diverse industries or global organizations. Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques and social media recruiting. Ability to drive change and implement innovative recruitment solutions.
