Job Description

As a Senior HR Manager Talent & People Partner for an Architect based Industry, your role will involve a combination of strategic talent leadership and thoughtful people partnership to support the company's growth from 70 to 90+ team members. Your focus will be on nurturing a culture of excellence, accountability, and creativity within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline to meet the expanding needs of the company for senior and mid-level roles such as Project Managers, Senior Architects, and Senior Interior Designers. - Lead headhunting and proactive talent mapping initiatives in alignment with organizational growth objectives. - Coordinate and refine hiring processes across departments, emphasizing quality, speed, and cultural fit. - Stay actively engaged with talent networks and recruitment platforms to attract top talent. - Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to facilitate fair and structured performance review processes. - Guide teams in handling internal conflicts, feedback delivery, and employee development conversations. - Ensure alignment between business goals and people practices through regular interaction with leadership. - Oversee the implementation of HR policies, documentation, NDAs, and compliance standards. - Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes for an enhanced experience and efficiency. - Support engagement initiatives and internal communications that reinforce company values and culture. Desired Candidate Profile: - 10-14 years of well-rounded HR experience, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition and people operations. - Demonstrated success in building teams within a creative, design-oriented, or growth-stage organization. - Confident, structured, and action-oriented individual with a balance of empathy and authority. - Ability to collaborate closely with leadership while also being hands-on with execution. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build trust across all organizational levels.
