We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our US IT Recruitment team as part of a structured 90-day Training & Onboarding Program. This program is designed to equip fresh talent with the necessary skills to excel in the field of US IT recruitment. Program Details: Duration: 90 days Schedule: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM IST Work Sessions: 19 days, comprising 54 working sessions (8 hours each) Training Structure: The program will follow a weekly structure of 5 working days. Trainer Scheduling Options: Batch Training: 5 trainers conducting sessions each day. US IT recruitment fundamentals and best practices. Sourcing strategies and techniques using various platforms. Candidate screening, interviewing, and evaluation methods. Client relationship management and communication. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage and data management. Resume formatting and presentation. Understanding of US IT technologies and job market trends. US employment laws and compliance. Staggered Scheduling: One trainer in the morning shift for two consecutive days, transitioning to the night shift the following day. Daily Training Breakdown: Training Hours: Each individual will receive 5 hours of focused training per day. Additional Tasks: The remaining 2 hours each day will be allocated to resume formatting and sourcing tasks. Batch Continuation: The 54 working sessions will be repeated in batches over a span of 90 days to ensure all new hires receive comprehensive training and onboarding. Why Join Us?
