We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Manager – Talent Acquisition to independently lead hiring efforts across South East Asia—specifically Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, and Thailand—for the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and Data Center sectors. This individual contributor role is based in Mumbai and is ideal for someone with strong regional recruiting experience, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, and a deep understanding of technical hiring in engineering and infrastructure domains. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment (Individual Contributor Role) Independently manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and project-based roles across Southeast Asia, including MEP engineers, design managers, project leads, and data center professionals. Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding coordination without direct team support. Regional Hiring Expertise Understand and respond to hiring needs across diverse markets—Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, and Thailand. Apply knowledge of local labor trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability in each country to create informed hiring plans. Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Engagement Conduct market mapping and competitive talent intelligence to support hiring strategies. Collaborate with business heads, project teams, and regional HR partners to ensure hiring goals are met. Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress and talent trends across regions. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development Directly source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and referrals. Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline for both current and future hiring needs in the MEP and Data Center verticals. Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as a primary point of contact for hiring managers, project leaders, and regional business heads regarding hiring updates and candidate progress. Act as a strategic recruitment partner to advise on talent availability, sourcing challenges, and time-to-hire planning. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Represent the employer brand effectively across candidate touchpoints. Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Compliance & Reporting Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organizational and local compliance standards. Provide regular status reports, metrics, and insights to the Talent Acquisition and business leadership teams. Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 6–10 years of relevant experience in technical recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in international or regional hiring (preferably South East Asia). Experience recruiting for MEP, construction, infrastructure, or data center sectors is essential. Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking-based search. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of managing multiple stakeholders across time zones. Preferred Skills: Prior experience hiring across Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, or Thailand. Familiarity with global recruitment practices and local labor regulations. Experience working in an engineering consultancy, EPC, or infrastructure-related firm. Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Tapplent, Darwinbox, Greenhouse, Lever).
