Job Summary:


The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end hiring process, building talent pipelines, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires qualified employees to meet its current and future needs. As a Non-Tech Recruiter for SaaS hiring, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for non-technical roles across the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, source the right talent, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Customer Success and Account Management roles, including Account Managers, CSMs, and CSAs.
  • Partner closely with GTM and Customer Success leadership to understand role requirements, team structures, and success profiles.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top SaaS Customer Success talent.
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future Customer Success roles across experience levels.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess communication skills, SaaS product understanding, client management capability, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and drive interview processes with a focus on candidate experience and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on interview feedback, decision-making, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and quality of hire, and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about SaaS Customer Success hiring trends, talent availability, and competitor movements in the industry.


Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in SaaS or product-based environments.
  • Proven track record in hiring for non-technical roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions and startup hiring dynamics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A consultative approach with data-driven decision-making skills.
